decent experience
great location cashpoint proximity free parking uncomfortable bed limited tea loud guests
the location was really convenient. a spar and cashpoint were just across the road (that was useful). i also noticed a chip shop only a few doors down. free parking was available on the other side of the road.
the bed wasn't very comfortable at all. i felt the springs digging into me. i also noticed only one tea bag in the room. some other guests were shouting outside the family room next to us.

excellent stay near the south pier
attentive owners convenient location south pier future stay
the owners kay and john were kind (and attentive!). they moved their car, great to park right outside the hotel. the location proved superb, placing us conveniently opposite the south pier, ideal for our trip to the sandcastle swimming pool. i would return in the future.
i only found one tea bag in my room.

our room included comfortable beds. the place was spotlessly clean, which i always value. it provided everything needed for a pleasant stay as a family, and we felt cared for throughout.

the hotel bar is located in the basement, and it features a well-stocked selection at reasonable prices. there is a pool table, two bandits (i. e. slot machines), a dartboard and a pac-man arcade game available . the tv usually has sports on too.

Really good Experience
fantastic hosts great location
John and Kay are fantastic hosts. The hotel is near the south pier and Pleasure Beach. I could park on the street without charge. There are many food options in walking distance. I hope to stay here again soon.
I found the check-in strict. My arrival was late at night due to a delayed flight, therefore I could not enter the hotel. An option with an external code box for key retrieval would be welcome for late arrivals.

The hosts offer assistance in a timely manner. The owners provide warm hospitality making guests feel at home. Checking in and out is very efficient. They accommodate special requests.

A well-stocked bar offers drinks at reasonable prices. Guests can bring their own food. A recommended café is only two minutes away from the premises. The bar holds a pool table. Two bandits and a darts board are provided.

The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi . Free parking is available across the street. A Spar store and a cashpoint are conveniently situated opposite the hotel. The South Pier is visible from the door.

Rooms are super clean. And of modern design. Tea and coffee facilities are available. Towels are provided in the rooms. The beds were comfortable. I experienced a great sleep.

Super clean Stay Near the Pier
great location clean room kind owners
The location is great. I found the room super clean and quite comfortable. Owners were very kind. They were really good to children (and adults too, of course!).
Check-in was strict. I wish there was an option for a code box to retrieve keys, especially for late arrivals (due to flight delays, for example).

The hotel boasts a great location. It is close to South Pier and a pleasure beach. The room was also clean. Towels were provided, which I appreciated.
The bed was not very comfortable. I could feel the springs. I also found only one tea bag in the room. This was quite limiting for my needs.
